Contact Center Executive
Responsibility:
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Document knowledge from the clients.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be good in English Language (Written & Verbal skills).
- Must possess good communication skills
- Should have cleared their Intermediate or A levels.
- Night Shift Only. (5 PM to 2 AM)
- Candidates must have basic computer operating knowledge with good searching skills.
Experienced individuals with their own conveyance will be preferred.

Salary: Rs25,000.00 to Rs35,000.00 /month
