We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Executive for our Karachi Office.
Responsibilities and Experience:
- Handle International Customers over inbound calls and help them resolve their queries.
- Able to actively listen to and resolve customersโ complaints on your own.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills; speaking, comprehension & email correspondence are a must.
- Computer literate; Navigation & Operational skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, mostly Night shifts (US Standard Time).
- Should have his own conveyance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills: the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Candidates who can join us on an immediate basis shall be given preference.
