We’re looking for HR Business Partner in Lahore and Karachi offices. The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or equivalent
- 5-8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years of experience in the HR Business Partnering role.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
