EXPERIENCE: 05 to 07 years of experience in managing hotel operations
QUALIFICATION: Graduate, preferable certification in hotel management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping and maintenance, while providing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Enhance overall operational efficiency by fostering teamwork and effective communication among departments.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, supervise front desk staff and resolve any guest inquiries or issues that may arise.
- Oversee reservation systems and processes, monitor room availability, and implement effective yield management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, lobbies and public areas, conducting regular inspections to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve overall guest satisfaction by gathering and analyzing guest feedback for continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and optimizes resource allocation and staffing to improve overall efficiency.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality and carefully monitor and manage departmental budgets.
- Identifying areas for cost reduction without compromising guest service excellence.
- Oversee the credit management process for guest accounts by developing prompt collection strategies and fostering positive client relationships to ensure timely payments and enhance the hotelโs financial stability.
- Develop comprehensive reports to present to higher management.
