-Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they meet their goals and deliver high-quality candidates.
-Formulate and implement the talent acquisition department budget, monitor actual vs planned.
-Review employment offers and lead negotiations on the final compensation with the selected candidates.
-Enhance the recruitment process and improve team performance, through best market practice and trends.
-Responsible for Seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
-Develop and implement an employer branding strategy that reflects the companyโs values and culture- participating in Job fairs, networking events etc.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the employer branding strategy aligns with the companyโs overall brand identity/value
