ยทDevelop Lead and inspire a high-performing team of B2B sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and results-driven success.
ยทDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to identifying new business opportunities and markets and Industrial customers of petroleum products.
ยท In-depth knowledge of the commercial fuels industry regulations, and customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, to participate in Government Tenders Contracts and Negotiation.
ยทBuilding a strong and strategic client relationship with stake holders ensuring their satisfaction and retention, working on pricing strategy, day to day customer contracts, for exceeding revenue targets of petroleum products
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 7 โ 10 years in the commercial fuels โ B2B sales or related industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing business objectives.
Education: Bachelorโs/ Masterโs in business administration with specialization of Sales/Marketing is preferred.
