• Managing profitability of assigned business units.
• Designing and executing regional sales & marketing initiatives, with measurable outcomes.
• Developing and managing revenue forecasts aligned with business targets and monitoring expenses against set budgets.
• Monitoring market trends and regulatory changes.
• Ensuring optimal inventory management and timely stock deliveries.
• Leading, motivating, and developing retail site teams, including Cluster Retail Managers and Area Managers.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards at fueling sites.

QUALIFICATION: 🔹 Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate and manage leads for commercial sales.
• Identify potential customers for new business opportunities.
• Forecast and achieve sales targets assigned for all the products in the designated area.
