KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop a network of retail outlets in the designed region, achieving targeted returns
- Anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities, including potential sites with cost analysis and resource planning.
- Approve layouts and facilities for new and existing projects based on market intelligence.
- Enhance brand image and business value through market research and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers and vendors.
- Liaise with governmental and non-governmental bodies to expedite approvals.
- Coordinate with Project Management and HSE departments to ensure safe, efficient, and timely retail outlets development.
