Position : Assistant Manager – Costing & Budgeting

Responsibilities:

• Analyze costing, variance and profitability for product pricing
• Identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted plans
• Prepare and reconcile inventory management reports
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for costing and budgeting

Experience: At least 2-3 years of similar experience in manufacturing concern

Education: Bachelor’s in Accounts and Finance, CMA or CIMA (part qualified)

Competencies:

• Knowledge of financial analysis and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of data reconciliation and financial operations
• Skilled in using Oracle Fusion & MS Excel
• Strong presentation, coordination and communication skills
