Job Title: Assistant Manager – Food Safety & Quality

About the Company: A leading name in textile & food-processing

Responsibilities:

• Maintain regulatory documentation & certification records
• Ensure compliance with food safety and accreditation requirements
• Coordinate & support for audits and uphold standards like GMP, HACCP, and FSQMS
• Enhance food safety processes and manage product traceability
• Provide compliance training and address food safety and quality challenges

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety & compliance

Education: At least Bachelor’s in Food Science & Technology / Food Engineering. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

Competencies:

• Strong planning and communication skills
• Able to analyze data and maintain documentation
• Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 and HACCP Certification
• Proficient in handling food safety audits

Location: Landhi, Karachi
