Position: Assistant Manager – Hygiene

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP, ISO 22000, or local regulatory standards.
• Maintain records of facility inspection, hygiene activities and compliance reports.
• Oversee pest control activities to ensure they are executed according to the plan.
• Forecast housekeeping expenses and prepare budget.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.

Education: At least Bachelor’s degree (Food Technology, Environmental Sciences, or related field).

Competencies:

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Understanding of food safety compliance and regulations
• Time management and task scheduling skills
• Skilled in using MS Office
