Associate Manager – Talent & OD

Responsibilities:

• Manage talent acquisition and onboarding of new hires.
• Assist with planning, budgeting, and organisation design.
• Develop job descriptions and organisation charts.
• Lead performance management and special HR projects.
• Design HR manuals, SOPs, and dashboards.

Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience
Education: At least BBA

Competencies:

• Competency based Interviewing.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Able to effectively communicate, collaborate & build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Critical thinking, data analysis and problem solving.
• Project management
• Tech savvy especially in Visio, Canva and other HR digital tools
