Position / Title: Product Manager- Branch Lending

Key Responsibilities:
To initiate and drive a well-structured process of Product Management. Ensuring that the product remains fit for the organization’s strategic ambition & best choice for the target customers. Act as a focal point for resolving all product related queries. Analyze product through judgment & recommend viable solutions to the team.
• Designing, implementing and managing of all lending products sold through conventional disbursement model & are directly related to organization’s strategic ambitions around portfolio growth, revenue & profitability target.
• Analyze direct/ indirect competitors & conduct field visits to design optimal customer centric & sustainable products.
• Provide consistent support to front end staff through product training, mentoring & answering their regular queries.
• Analyze critical data, conduct product level segmentation and ensure portfolio quality.
• To ensure that all products are rollout according to the regulatory and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Telenor Bank’s product and operations teams to identify, prioritize, and answer the most important questions where analytics and modeling will have a material impact in preventing financial loss and fraud
• Drive cross functional analytics projects from beginning to end: build relationships with partner teams, frame and structure questions, collect and analyze data, as well as summarize and present key insights in support of decision making
• Suggest and implement data best practices and implement analytics solutions
• Use your experience in analytics tools and scientific rigor to produce actionable insights
• Communicate key results to senior management in verbal, visual, and written media

Position / Title: Head Of Technology Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:
To manage and provision the IT infrastructure (Servers, Storages, Networks, Datacenter’s) for Branch/Branchless banking and back-end support functions.
• Ensure provisioning, operations, administration, monitoring and upgrading of physical server, routers, switches, security appliances, secure remote access devices, storages, backups, Branch WAN links.
• Internet links, external agencies links, Configuration management, virtualization, operating system.
• Manage data center.
• Liaison with external network & hardware services providers.
• Ensure change and configuration management process.
• Take proactive measures with the objective of near zero down time
• Ensure documentation with regular updates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Information Technology Banking Project handlings
• Responsible for handling of all New business requirements and Change request
• Attending Business level meetings in support of complete information technology projects
• ADC and Middleware Handling expertise
• Provide support to the functional streams of Payments, Loans, MA, Savings, Insurance, Corporate, IR & other banking systems for architecture, digitization, security, compliance and roadmap management
• Comply with the group wide standards of service delivery for change, incident, problem, capacity, release management and prioritization
• Ensure transparent audit support from technology, for SBP, Telenor Group and other compliance standards
Required Qualification, Education and Certifications:
• Education: Graduation
• Experience: 5+ year banking ADC channel, Branchless and Middleware technology
