Position: Assistant Manager Reporting & Analysis
Employment Type: This is a full-time position.
Grade: This is a grade 2B position.
Location: This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan. (Hybrid)
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- All Circle & Regional level Business, Distribution KPIs reporting & dashboards (GSM)
- All relevant Technology/Technical KPIs Reporting and Analysis
- Create Digital Reporting Environment with Operational Efficiency
- Develop and improve the Reporting/Analysis framework & Dashboards based on Business Requirement, New Projects and Execution of regional reports
- Preparation of monthly/Quarterly/Yearly regional business plans.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly/YTD Business analysis and Battle Room Management
- Support Regional team by giving more Business insight
- Monitoring of growth at regional & franchise level on month to month and year to year basis.
- Cluster level/Site level/Retail level reporting and analysis
- Interact with Regional teams on regular basis to get market requirements and feedback and design reports accordingly.
- Visit regional teams regularly and conduct business reviews and based on findings develop action plans for future and follow up.
Your Typical day at work
- To ensure effective implementation of reporting, analysis and policies in the context of sales & distribution of Telenor product and services.
- Perform in-depth study and build strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators and make different analysis across different channels.
- Design GSM and I&D dashboard to reduce manual working in excel
- Process oriented approach towards problem solving Reporting, data interpretation and quantitative analysis
- Meet all performance tracking reports deadlines with accuracy
- Respond to analysis and reporting needs within TAT
- Analyze outputs for accuracy and relevance with the management/regional requirements and formulate these into meaningful reports/analysis/Insights
- Special project planning and executions & ensure to provide the visibility/support to the region/planning units.
- Identifying opportunities with respective different KPIs and add value in existing analysis & identify the key focus area for growth
- Number Crunching, Data quality check, numbers validation, data Archiving.
- Execution of regional reporting on daily basis according to agreed formats.
- Analysis on regional Infringement of Sims & Scratch Cards.
- Verification of Staff Commissioning GSM & Visibility to sales team.
- Identify gaps in all KPIs and support sales team to get market shares.
- Monthly business reviews for all belt owners.
What we are looking for?
Education: Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BSC
Work experience: 3 โ 5 year Telco experience on reporting & analysis and Knowledge of general Sales & Distribution framework

Position: Senior Executive Channel Enablement

Location: This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan. (Hybrid)
About the role:
This position will focus on Process & Policy framework for B2B area. The purpose is to enable the value chain to contribute towards meeting business ambitions.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Record customer payments received via various channels (Cash, Cheques, IBFT and tax challan).
- Post payments to the correct accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure that payments are properly credited, and balances are accurate.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between payments received and customer accounts.
- Process refunds, adjustments, and write-offs as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, customer service, and finance to resolve account discrepancies.
- Respond to inquiries regarding account balances, payment status, and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions in the telecom system.
- Generate and submit reports on payment activities, including daily reconciliations, payment trends, and outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and telecom industry standards.
- Handle sensitive payment information securely to prevent fraud and data breaches.
- Use billing and payment processing software specific to the telecom industry.
- Stay updated on software specially CRM & Tracker

What we are looking for?
Education: Bachelorโs in Finance/ BBA (hons) / MBA
