Bachelors or Masters in Computer sciences
3-4 Years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
Experience of development:

.NET 3.5/4, ASP.NET, C#, HTML/XHTML, Java, JavaScript, ADO.NET, Web Services (Rest /SOAP), XML, Java, Applet & Servlet Development Tools.
Database designing and administration (Oracle PL/SQL server), IIS and ASP.NET/JSP site deployment.
Very well-versed in process, product, and technology aspects of the agile approach
Drive the adoption and execution of Agile methods and Scrum frameworks
Explore areas of Branchless Banking and core banking products
Mentor the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and how to add values to delight customers
Data structures, algorithms, coding, and standard testing techniques.
Practitioner in all aspects of the scrum process in agile, which include planning, running daily meetings, conducting sprint reviews and facilitating changes
