Job Role:
The Regional HRBP will be responsible for partnering with the Business Team to align HR strategies with business objectives, while ensuring consistency and compliance with company-wide policies and procedures. He or She will be responsible for providing guidance and support on a range of HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing talent acquisition, retention, and employee development strategies while working closely with divisional and business unit heads
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and ensuring that the business had the headcount as per the annual business strategy to meet the target.
- Responsible for improving employment cycle activities including recruitment, training, and employee engagement based on data analytics.
- Provides strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions to executives on people management aspects of their business, including driving organizational development, team effectiveness, executing change management strategies, and employee engagement solutions by effectively performing the role of a change agent.
- Facilitate group sessions, conduct an annual engagement survey, and work with local management on action planning to ensure consistent follow-up and progress accountability.
- Responsible for the execution of HR programs and developing cultural values in the division.
- Advises and coaches management and employees, as needed, on best approaches, practices, and generates options for achieving desired results.
- Investigated and resolved complex employee relations issues as a core member of the grievance management committee.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the team of 4 -5 members to utilize their strengths and experience and expand the teamโs capability to meet current and future business needs.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Drive change management initiatives in alignment with company goals and values.
Qualifications and Experience :
Ideally, a Masterโs degree in HR with 5โ8 years of experience in Regional HRBP or a relevant role with the experience of managing a team of 4โ5 people.
Strong Leadership, communication, Team management, and conflict resolution skills.
