Position: Assistant Manager Transport Network O&M

What we are looking for?

Education: Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications.

Work experience:

• Past experience of working on Transport Network in challenging environment, managing multiple vendors.
• Hands on experience on ZTE Transport Network equipment, NEC and Ericsson MW network equipment will be a plus
• CCNP Certification will be preferred.

Employment Type: This is a full-time position.
Grade: This is a grade 2 position.
Location: This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan. (Hybrid)

Position Title: Cloud Support Executive

Reporting to: AM – Cloud Support

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors in Computer Science/ Masters (optional) or equivalent,
Certification: Having MS certification MS-100 – Microsoft 365 Identity and Services / MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security will be a plus.

Work experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support in an enterprise environment using MS Office 365 or similar MS technology products.
• Customer Services – (12 months)
