Position: B2B Sales & Services Officer
Employment Type: This is a full-time position.
Grade: This is a contract based position for 1 year.
Location: Three roles are available. Based in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi, Pakistan. (Onsite)
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Build a deep understanding of TPโs culture, product portfolio and customer needs to propose solutions that best meet their business needs.

Your Typical day at work
- Identifying and developing new business leads converting them into opportunities.
- Achieve assigned growth targets through B2Bโs product portfolios.
- Manage relationships with clients focusing on high quality servicing.
- Upsell to existing customers with a focus on offering them a wider range of solutions and as a one-stop solution.
- Develop and provide reports with key insights on pipelines, acquisitions, and growth potential.
- Collaboration with stakeholders
- Follow policy & procedures for routine operational tasks.
What we are looking for?
Education: Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Sales or Similar Discipline.
Work experience: Fresh candidate with up to one year of professional experience.

Position: Assistant Manager Digital Channels Growth
Employment Type: This is a full-time position.
Grade: This is a grade 2 position.
Location: This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. (Hybrid)
About the role:
Data can tell us a lot about our Telecom world. Analytics allows us all to mine huge amounts of data, crunch the numbers and discover the deep stories that lie beneath the surface. Individuals who have a background in different areas of telecom business or experience in App Growth / CVM and are looking to translate their creative analysis into compelling insights and ideas for the growth in Digital Channels/Business should aspire for this role.
This role, you would be given the critical responsibility of managing the growth of My Telenor app in order to help Telenor make its customersโ life easy and simple. This also feeds directly into the ambition of Telenor becoming a digitally savvy company, dedicated to providing convenience to its customers. The job role would entail work with a lot of analytics in the digital ecosystem and bring in growth.
Your Impactful goals will include:
- Deliver a growth plan for MyTelenor app.
- Manage data analytics for My Telenor app eco-system & other digital channels.
Your Typical day at work
- Responsible for the entire Customer Lifecycle Management of MyTelenor App (Churn, New user, Re-joiner etc.).
- Work on user upgradation from existing profile to enhance recharge and revenue.
- Use traditional telco channels such as SMS, IVR and other digital means including push notifications, in-app messages etc. in order to increase uptake and establish a strong dialogue with the customer.
- Manage end to end data analytics for MyTelenor app eco-system & other digital channels.
- Implement custom tracking methods to gain insights into the usersโ profile, behavior, and GSM usage.
- Develop and manage reporting solutions that help understand the full impact of paid media and unpaid campaigns.
- The undertaking of basic analytics tools like Google Analytics, Firebase and Mixpanel etc.
- Identify opportunities for new features and areas of improvement through online research, brainstorming sessions, interaction with customers and other departments.
What we are looking for?
Education: Minimum of Bachelorโs degree in Marketing / Computer Science / Mathematics / Data Analytics. MBA in a similar background will be preferred.
Work experience:
- Demonstrated history of conducting quantitative analyses that has driven valuable change or optimization in a business context.
- Proficient in MS Excel and SQL for reporting and analysis.
- Certification in Google Analytics will be an added benefit.
- Experience in App growth of any industry.
- Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment will be a plus.

Position: Fixed Line Sales Operations Officer

About the role:
This position will fulfill the requirements of assisting the Fixed Line Team in product sales, customer support operations, enhancement of current product scope and working on new product support initiatives.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Effective coordination with operations to get customer issues resolved
- Working closely with the Fixed Line Client teams on proposals and pitches for business.
- Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation
Your Typical Day of work will look like:
- Supporting business account managers and acting as a operations person
- Putting together customer requirements and getting their feasibilities assessed
- Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
- Supporting HQ POC on customer data and presentations, proficiency in MS Excel/powerpoint
What we are looking for?
Education: Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelorโs degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication
Experience: Fresh to 1 year of Fixed Line and customized solutions sales and support experience
Functional Skills/ Knowledge Areas
- Knowledge of Fixed Line business and product streams pertaining to Fixed Connectivity and Cloud/Colocation
- Should be able to handle work load effectively and efficiently
- Should be able to work under pressure to troubleshoot within SLA time
- Should be able to analyze, select and recommend solutions to complex situations
- Must be positive with a can-do attitude, a quick learner, an effective communicator and a self-starter who take creative approaches to solve challenging problems and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently under demanding situations
