TeReSol Pvt Ltd Jobs Receptionist: TeReSol Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Receptionist at Head Office Islamabad.
Job Description: The receptionist will be responsible for maintaining an effective and impressive reception and administration of the front office desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients/visitors and set a pleasant office atmosphere
- Maintain a proper record of visitors
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure attendance record of staff and communicate the same to HR Office.
- Receive phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices
- Receive letters, packages, etc, maintain a record of the same in a separate register and distribute them according to the address/ laid down policies.
Qualification and Skills:
- Minimum Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience as a receptionist
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation.
