The City School Jobs Curriculum Leader Science:
TheCitySchool is looking to fill the position of Curriculum Leader Science at their Regional Office in Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
- To support and maintain the academic standards in school and provide orientation to science teachers on curriculum development.
- Monitor and support the implementation of the curriculum throughout the region.
- Conduct lesson observations, notebook scrutiny, reviewing lesson plans and attending coordination meetings.
- To visit regional schools and maintain records which provide a resource for the annual review and analysis of academic development and achievement.
- The preparation of the Academic Visit Report which guides the school leadership in the continuous development of academic standards.
- Overall quality assurance for science curriculum implementation
- Ensure strengthening TCS curriculum by reviewing it against International Curriculums.
- Training existing subject coordinators/mentors for effective curriculum implementation in schools.
- Propose and plan science development programs (for students).
- Responsible for exam paper setting as per policy (MYE & EoY) and close liaison with Regional Exam Coordinator/HOD Examination.
- To monitor internal examination paper checking to ensure consistency, accuracy, and in accordance with TCS policies and procedures.
