Job Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing and administration
- Employee benefits administration (Health Care, Insurance, PF, EOBI and PESSI)
- Manage HR analytics, HRMS and generate reports
- Process employee separations
- Assist in Performance Management Cycle
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle through i-Recruitment (Scheduling interviews, placing offers and smooth onboarding of new employees)
- Manage and complete all personnel files of employees
