Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 7-8 years of relevant experience in HRMS.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes in customized modules.
• Deep understanding of the HRMS system life cycle.
• Proficiency in Oracle Forms & Reports 10g/11g/12c.
• Expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and XML/BI Publisher.
• Proven ability to develop applications using Oracle Developer 10g/11g/12c.
• Experience in system analysis, design, development, and implementation.
• Ability to provide support and fix bugs in existing projects.
