JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the TE/Concordia Service Desk and respond to inquiries across regions and departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain updated school support data and execute development plans.
• Oversee the distribution of academic materials, policies, and SOPs while ensuring quality alignment.
• Maintain and update manuals, SOPs, and policies by incorporating revisions from relevant departments.
