Organization: The GBO Group   

THE GBO GROUP is seeking an experienced Export Manager for one of its new European customers. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in export documentation requirements for the European market and possess 2-3 years of work experience in either a buying house or a reputed garment factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-boarding new suppliers
• Managing bank changes
• Handling insurance requirements
• Settling rebates
• Overseeing supplier payment processes
• Updating and disseminating new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Managing legal or financial documentation for all business partners

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in a buying house or reputed garment factory
• Familiarity with export documentation requirements for the European market
• Experience with on-boarding new suppliers
• Knowledge of bank changes and insurance requirements
• Understanding of rebate settlements and supplier payment processes
• Ability to update and disseminate new SOPs and legal or financial documents
• Proficiency in handling electronic packing lists and generating shipping labels
• Experience in training new suppliers
