Position Title: Fundraising Coordinator
Education: Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree Marketing, Social Sciences, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 -4 years of relevant work experience

Job Location: Karachi
Job Summary: Responsible for assisting and coordinating fundraising activities to support the mission of the HUNAR Foundation. This includes developing and managing fundraising campaigns, researching and identifying new potential sources of funding, developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential donors, and monitoring fundraising activities.
Job Description:
- Develop, implement and manage comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet and exceed annual fundraising goals.
- Establish and build relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporations, foundations and government funders.
- Design and manage fundraising campaigns and events, including direct mail and online appeals.
- Monitor and analyze fundraising results to evaluate success of campaigns and adjust fundraising strategies as needed.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and monitor financial performance of fundraising campaigns.
- Prepare grant proposals, applications and reports, in collaboration with program staff.
- Manage the donor database, ensuring donor information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Research and develop a list of potential donors and prospects.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors and major gift prospects.
- Represent the organization in various public forums.
- Develop and implement communications strategies to promote fundraising activities.
- Oversee volunteer recruitment and management for fundraising events.
- Coordinate with other departments, as needed, to support fundraising efforts.
- Track and analyze industry trends and emerging best practices.
- Oversee donations and acknowledgements.
- Coordination with FOH and Events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software related to fundraising.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.
