TimeXperts Pvt Ltd Jobs Application Consultant:
TimeXperts is looking for a qualified Application Consultant to join its upgrade team. An Application Consultant ensures successful configuration and upgrade of our software product for our customers.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems
- Experience or ability to learn SQL and write queries
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Works well as a team member or individually
- Works well with multiple clients concurrently in a customer focused environment
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance, preferred
- Experience providing application support for complex software systems a plus
- Logical and technical mindset for analyzing problems and identifying root causes
Job Responsibilities
- Modify software configuration (if needed for upgrade), to meet the customer specifications.
- Perform unit and system testing of configured application.
- Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments by set deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve UAT and post prod issues after an upgraded customer goes live.
- Responsive and follows through on customer requirements in a professional and timely manner
