TimeXperts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for candidates for the position of Customer Support Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and second-level support to customer issues and queries related to our software over the phone, help-desk portal, and via email
- Provide adequate and effective resolution to customer service calls and inquiries
- Organize and participate in periodic review meetings with key customers to give them updates on progress, to receive feedback on service and satisfaction, and to maintain client relationships
- Take full lifecycle ownership of customer support issues from root cause analysis to resolution utilizing Engineering and/or Cloud Services teams as and when needed
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a busy environment
- At least 2 years of work experience in software support environment
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant discipline
- Must have a sufficiently technical background
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Excel for data analysis and manipulation
- Strong grasp of web technologies and browsers
- Strong hands-on SQL skills
