Job Responsibilities
- Impart effective trainings to the sales team (Area Managers / Regional Managers) and retailers / site managers on network standards (or as appropriate) within the defined area
- Provide a holistic view of safe, reliable & standardized Retail Operations (in line with HES and OGRA defined guidelines). Provide In House Trainings to the Retail Managers (Regional Managers & Area Managers, Network Dealers & Forecourt Managers) on Training Modules through Train the Trainers program who shall then act as TPPL/TPML Standards Ambassadors for providing the training to the forecourt staff.
- Provide complete know-how about Retail Operations + standards, covering different aspects including HSEQ, forecourt standards, Red Books, record maintenance, wet stock management, tank lorry decantation, etc. The basic purpose is to create awareness about the core business of Retail (nozzle sales & services)
- Train Area Managers joining the Retail Sales team through a 4 โ 6 weeks comprehensive training program.
- Conduct gap analysis on results of WSM, Top Service results and Retail Audits
- Update training modules and methodologies (AM Training module & RED books) to improve effectiveness based on the results identified thru look backs
- Provide monthly performance reports and action plans to supervisor
- Maintain record of training reports, attendance records, etc.
- Ensure consistent and disciplined execution of processes/procedures/programs and systems towards achieving objectives consistent with Managementโs directive/s Apply

Job Description
- Draws up a P&L forecast for each Retail station as per specified frequency
- Calculates the working capital requirement for the operation of each Retail station and revises it as soon as necessary
- Performs monthly station pump index readings in order to verify compliance with exclusive supply rules
- Conduct a monthly shop inventory measures shop gains & losses of Retail stations and calculate the actual margin per Product family by performing a balance of materials & ensure shop merchandizing is done as per planogram.
- Builds and follows action plans for each station, develop sales growth strategies per retail outlet Including allied facilities, also focusing on cost reduction initiatives and acknowledging budgetary constraints
- Proposes training plan and ensures that station staff attends compulsory training sessions
- Analyses monthly the contribution account (NCA) for each station.
- Achieve volume, gross margin and profitability targets for both fuel and non-fuel activities
- Ascertain adherence to policies and procedures for operating retail outlets with special focus on standards & profitability
- Recruits and coaches dealers and gives them one-on one advice, counsel the dealer on retail outlet management including all operational matters, such as stock management, merchandising, recordkeeping, customer handling, preventing staff attrition, maintaining company provided assets, etc. 11. Ensure timely renewal of all agreements with dealers / third party contractors and resolve potential issues timely
- Analyze training needs of dealers and staff through analysis of Top Service score and impart required trainings so that housekeeping standards at each station meet/exceed Top Service Target Score / Total Parco expectations at all times
- Stay abreast of competitor activities (market intelligence) esp. within the trading area
- Liaise cross functionally and with external stakeholders to address concerns/queries and ensure proactive resolution of operational matters
- Other administrative tasks may include sales performance monitoring, credit management, reporting, assisting in sales order creation/release, etc. Apply
