We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – Production Engineer, Costing.
Responsibilities include –
- Coordinate with TDEM, IMC management and Shops for cost PMRs (Plant Management Systems Steps) implementation.
- Conduct regular trainings for Shop Management and Cost PICs for HRD.
- Plan and organize companywide cost initiative promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Shops, PD & Finance to resolve the critical issues.
- Annual budgeting of Consumable and Revenue Expenses for Technical Division.
- Must be fluent in MS Office.
Qualification: BE (Mechanical, IM, Auto)
Minimum Experience: 3 years

We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – Production Engineer, Assembly Shop.
Responsibilities include –
- Planning and evaluation of safety, 5S and ownership maintenance management system for line side execution.
- QA-Network evaluation and planning for closure of observations by line side and confirm PDCA.
- Planning and execution of cost yokoten, CAPEX and R&M projects.
- Must have knowledge of engineering drawings and can study technical instruction sheets.
- Should have RCA skills of line side problems with good judgment of CM based on WIS/EIS and other endorsed documents.
- Creative approach to drag the cost optimization items from existing system along with alternate proposals.
- Must have good communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Must be fluent in MS Office.

We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – Production Engineer, Plant Administration
Responsibilities include –
· Develop and Follow Annual TPS Hoshin/Objectives and Activities linkage with Manufacturing Hoshin and Toyota Guideline.
· Plan and follow Shop TPS Keyperson Training and Development in coordination with Toyota Guideline and IMC Mgmt. direction.
· Coordination and follow up with Shop Manager and TPS Key Person for Genba Activities related to Standardized Work Compliance.
· Third party process audit of Standardized Work for feedback and improvement activities @ Genba.
· Assess Trainer Requirement for IMC and coordinate with Toyota and Shop for Training and Development.
Qualification: BE (Mechanical, Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive & Electrical)
Minimum Experience: 2 years
