Responsibilities include:
- Conduct Genba at DLRs to for KPI Monitoring and identifying and resolving performance challenges.
- Coach & Guide DLRs to implement IMC TSURE policies.
- Monitor Sales staff performance & ensuring integration of TSURE business with N-Car, Service & CR.
- Guide DLRs with vision for future planning.
- Market Visits & Analysis, along with TSURE Bazaar Operations and other projects.
- Manpower development through on the job as well as specialized trainings.
