Responsibilities include:

• Timely issuance of FTR with OFP recovery for early resolution through the Quality Department.
• Monitoring and reporting of the after-sales product complaints trends (DTR’s)
• To assist/support dealers and Field team in all service-related activities
• Responsible for coordination of the TDSP Technical Scores for submission with CR
• Issuing Serviceability Kaizen Reports (SKR) related to Vehicle’s Design and Repair to TMC Designer every quarter
• Responsible for the planning and execution of Quality Review Meeting on Quarterly basis by coordinating with QA/PD/CR
