Position:Deputy Manager HR
Qualification: MBA/M.Com Experience: 4 to 5 years
Main responsibilities:
1. Establish CR Dept. operating standards.
2. Set Dept.targets & draw Action Plan.
3. Draw up budget and institute expenses controls for CR Dept.
4. Evaluate overall department performance on the basis of reports submitted to CEO.
5. Find out Dept.โs weak areas and plan its countermeasures
6. Identify training needs and skill upgrading.
7. Contribute in arranging training to company staff or external participants as per Action Plan.
8. Analyse customerโs feed backs received in person or through other staff / departments.
9. Monitor to improve weak areas of facility from customerโs point of view
10. Monitor and control Customer Satisfaction & Customer Retention activities.
11. Communicate and collaborate with C.E.O., Directors and other departments
12. Communicate and collaborate with IMC
13. Contribute in Customers Events and CSR activities
14. Recruit / select appropriate CR staff with coordination of HR Department
15. Remain up-date with day by day market information and changes
