We are looking for Assistant Manager โ Policy Holder Services to join TPL Life Insurance Limited.Assistant Manager โ Policy Holder Services will be accountable for all post issuance activities such as alterations/endorsements (Financial & Non-Financial), surrenders (Full/Partial regular & adhoc), cancellations/refunds, reinstatements, unit allocation/de-allocation, client communication, complaint and settlements, and data collection and reporting. He / she will also be responsible for underwriting, requirement generation along with coordination with the sales and finance team. She/he will also be required to deal with client complaints in a timely manner as well as be able to deliver routine presentations to the Sales team.
The ideal candidate should be Bachelorโs in Business Administration with at least 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in well-reputed organizations preferably in insurance sector.
