TPL Corp Ltd. is hiring Senior Financial Analyst (Karachi) for its Corporate Finance Department.
Position Description:
Performs industry, market and competitor research and due diligence for the company.
Performs detailed company valuation analysis using models incorporating industry and company research.
Complex valuation analysis and financial modeling.
Generates all standard analytical formats including comparable, merger models, leveraged buyout models, accretion / dilution analysis, etc.
Preparation of business presentations / investment pitch books / proposals.
Prepares presentation materials to support executive decision making on strategic matters with detailed financial analysis.
Qualification and Professional Experience:
CFA Level 1 or 2 candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in in corporate finance / transaction advisory / investment banking is preferred.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
