TPL Corp Ltd. is the investment holding company of the TPL Group with investments across the insurance, real estate, transport, security, technology, vehicle and container tracking, navigation and mapping solutions and financial sectors. We are looking for the services of energetic, enthusiastic and result-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team.
Position Description:
- Performs company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence
- Performs detailed company valuation analysis using models incorporating industry and company research
- Complex valuation analysis and financial modeling
- Generates all standard analytical formats including comparable, merger models, leveraged buyout models, accretion / dilution analysis, etc.
- Preparation of new and existing business presentations / investment pitch books / proposals
- Prepares presentation materials to support executive decision making on strategic matters with detailed financial analysis.
Qualification and Professional Experience: CFA Level 1 or 2 candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience along with Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution.
