Call Centre Officers shall be responsible for managing outbound calls by providing individualized customer service at professional level and increase brand awareness about products and services provided. He / she will be responsible to initiate sales with potential customers and achieve sales targets. He / she will also be responsible for day to day sales from pre-sales to post sales activities.
The ideal candidate should be Bachelor’s with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in well reputed organizations.
Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with high level of energy and enthusiasm. Result oriented and customer oriented. Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
