Currently, we are looking for the services of energetic, enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Senior Officer Retail / Banca Operations.
Senior Officer Retail / Banca Operations will be responsible for coordination with sales and group operations team to ensure documentation of all proposals/policies and ensure client facilitation and complaint management.
The ideal candidate should be Bachelor’s with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
Highly proficient in MS Office.
