WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER AGENCY OPERATIONS
TPL Life aim to provide innovative life and health insurance products following international standards and tailored to cater to the divergent needs of the local population.
Currently, we are looking for the services of energetic, enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Assistant Manager Agency Operations:
Assistant Manager Agency Operations will be responsible to monitor hiring process of agency sales team for both Retail & Corporate departments. He / she will also be responsible to create commission policies for agency staff โ retail keeping in view product allocation and market trends and create commission setup with the Underwriting Department . He / she will also be responsible to operate inventory management system of Mass Retail, Life and Banc assurance health products.
The ideal candidate will be Bachelorโs in Business Administration from HEC recognized university with at least 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in well-reputed organizations preferably in insurance sector.

Manager Claims will manage end to end claims operations in coordination with Underwriting and Policy Holder Services Department. He / she will be responsible to formulate, design and implement procedures and business practices for agency operations and claims management. He / she will also be responsible to implement strategic initiatives that focus on meeting growing business needs and effectively supports complaint handling process in a timely manner.
Qualification and Professional Experience: Bachelors or Masterโs Degree with at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in insurance sector.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, excellent analytical and decision making skills, hardworking and committed to excellence and good team player
