Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
- Control and prepare budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
- Investigate and resolve issues and review reports on incidents
- Create reports for management on security status
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters
- Demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills
- Knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety
