Job Requirements for Business Development Supervisors
Educational Background: A college diploma or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, economics, or other related fields.
Work Experience: 3-5 years or more of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with industry-related experience preferred.
Proven track record of successfully expanding new clients and markets.
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong market analysis and business planning capabilities.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and CRM systems.
- Basic financial knowledge and data analysis skills.
- Personal Qualities:
- Goal-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with leadership skills.
- Innovative thinking, capable of identifying and seizing market opportunities.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed.
Candidates with extensive industry resources and networks are preferred.
Job Responsibilities for Business Development Supervisors
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Identify potential market opportunities and develop expansion strategies.
Business Development:
Develop new clients and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
Participate in business negotiations to secure partnerships and sign contracts.
Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and execute sales plans to ensure the achievement of company sales targets.
Regularly report on sales progress and propose improvement suggestions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Resolve customer issues to ensure smooth cooperation.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure business progress.
Provide market feedback to assist in optimizing products and services.
Team Building:
Build and lead a business development team to improve overall team performance.
Train team members to enhance their business capabilities.
Other Responsibilities: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Salary Package: 120K Plus Commission
