Qualification: BE (Majors –Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics) or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 year(s) of technical experience in relevant field
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate NPI projects
- Ensure design is manufacturable and cost-effective
- Develop and document manufacturing processes
- Select and manage material suppliers
- Implement quality control
- Analyse and reduce production costs
- Ensure product compliance
- Identify process improvements
- Maintain comprehensive records
- Train production personnel
- Resolve production issues
- Analyze production data
- Support product transition
- Optimize the supply chain
- Estimate project costs
