Trax Online hiring an “Assistant Manager- Retail” based in the Lahore regional office.
Main Responsibilities:
· Retail Network Expansion.
· Develop & implement strategies to increase walk-in sales & customer relations.
· Performance evaluation of the retail team.
· Ensure that all retail stores comply with the company’s SOP.
· Led & Motivate team to meet customer service & sales objective.
· Any other duties as required.
Requirement:
· At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience. (Courier-related industry experience preferable).
· Strong Leadership skills.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
· Manage multiple outlets simultaneously.
· Minimum graduate degree required (Masters will be preferable).
