Position Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Head Office Lahore
Reporting To: Manager Warehousing & Logistics
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of Central Logistics Cell
- Planning, organizing, and managing subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company’s standards
- Collaborating with stakeholders to formulate and implement logistics-related procedures
- Plan and supervise the shipments from as per dispatch schedule
- Negotiate tariff with vendors
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouses and Sales for smooth flow of materials
- Bring synergies to reduce and optimize load space
- Manage Vendor KPIs
- Tracking vehicle movements and maintaining logs
- Fuel rate adjustments in the ERP system on every fuel price change
- Monitor and report on Logistics cost and detention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and NHA legislations
- Implementation of vehicle safety standards
- Monthly reporting to C Level to give a bird eye view of overall Logistics Operations
- Supervise timely feeding of data into ERP and Central Logistics Software
- Ensuring timely verification of all invoices and payments
- Payment reconciliation with vendors
Qualification: MBA or MSc Supply Chain
Experience Requirement: 10 years
