Job Overview: Driving the procurement and execution of associated services in compliance with Group Supply Chain Policy and leading the Sourcing, Contracting, and Purchase to Payment and Supplier management processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing inbound supplies of packaging materials as per forecast.
- Ensuring successful execution of Performance based SLAs with key suppliers and optimize cost through effective strategic negotiations.
- Assist planning team in materials demand & supply based on the projected sales forecast.
- Ensuring compliance on company policies and govern them in whole Purchase to Payment Process as an agent of Group Head of Supply chain.
- Focal person for the internal stakeholder for all matters related to Supply Chain.
- Periodic evaluation of suppliers & their premises visit.
- KPI improvements in compliance with Group Supply Chain policy
- Cost effective analysis of Procurement spend to reduce expenses and bring more value to money
- Verification of RFQs and Bids before floating to the potential suppliers and their approval afterwards.
- Team Enablement on ERP
- Managing all Price & procurement related escalations
- Any additional task assigned by the Group Head of Supply Chain
Qualification: - Graduate from a highly reputed university.
- MS in Supply Chain will be Preferred.
Experience Requirement:
- At least 8-10 years. May vary with quality and relevance of experience.
