Position Title: SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
Experience Required: 5 to 8 years
Qualification: Business Graduate
Job Description:
- Assist GM(S&M) in setting and enforcing policies & procedures for sales;
- Work alongside sales leaders to define quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting, and create dashboards for sales executive
- Oversee sales structure and processes at National Sales office in an additional role;
- Responsible for interviewing, recruiting, and training of sales and sales support personal in order to enhance their skills and overall efficiency;
- Develop training modules with or without the support of outside trainer as permitted by GM (S&M);
- Conduct market studies and surveys as and when required by GM (S&M);
- Manage the sales Operations process to enable sales productivity
- Support the sales team using with process improvement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
- Mentor and motivate sales force to put in their best effort to achieve set sales targets;
- Monitor car tracking of field sales management and attendance of field force
- Assist GM (S&M) in evaluation and analysis of sales data by carrying out a variety of assessments and analysis to some up with information useful in establishing an effective sales strategy: e.g.;
- Statistical and graphical representation of month wise selling trends of each brand, region wise against ABF, Projection and previous yearโs performance.
- Statistical and graphical representation of month wise selling trends of each brand region wise against primary, secondary and end stocks.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine run faster
- Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools, ex: email prospecting, contract management, content enablement software, etc
- Visit markets from time to time in order to gain firsthand knowledge and information;
- Improve our sales process through the implementation of better measurement and execution
- Execute business improvement initiatives
- Regularly attend sales meeting to get firsthand information from field force in sales and marketing;
- Issue appreciation or warning letters to sales force on their performance, competitorsโ reports, etc.
- Oversee functions of sales support department;
- Examine sales operations and suggest improvements to GM(S&M);
- Respond to problem solving in the market as and when required by GM(S&M).

Position Title: MODERN TRADE MANAGER
Experience Required: 4 to 5 years
Qualification: Graduate
Job Description:
- Assist Sales Managers in developing and defining budgeted annual sales plan for Key Accounts IMT/LMT channels.
- Develop an internal plan for key accounts (IMT/LMT) activities based on the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and discuss it with the key accounts (IMT/LMT) team.
- Plan and execute strategies to sell products into International Modern Trade outlets, and Local Modern Trade outlets, as per annual operating plans in coordination with Sales Managers.
- Develop and operationalize retailer partner programs with key accounts to hit sales targets.
- Development and execution of merchandising plans for key accounts (IMT/LMT) in coordination with Trade Marketing and Sales Manager IMT/ LMT.
- Ensure all promotional schemes are implemented successfully in the respective Key Accounts (IMT/LMT) outlets.
- Responsible to ensure proper record keeping and upkeep of company assets placed at different Key Accounts.
- Ensuring availability and visibility of a complete range of products.
- Carefully review incidents of counterfeits and or infringements. Evaluate each incident in terms of its intensity and frequency. Report the major incidents or more frequent incidents to Sales Mangers IMT/LMT and take actions in consultation with them.
- Negotiating shelf rents, gondola requirements and visibility.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Key Accounts team and assist them in planning workflow in the office and field, preparing primary sales estimation, stock analysis and stock distribution.
- Develop monthly trackers, dashboards & monitor sale trends of IMT/ LMT channels.
- Keep a vigilant eye regarding the opening of new and closing of existing retail outlets.
- Ensure proper retail coverage, shelf care and market share through effective coverage planning.
- Establish and maintain personal relationships with relevant representatives of Key retailers Accounts, particularly with key decision-makers.
- Implement the plan through the Key Accounts (IMT/LMT) teams and fill any gaps or variance in the targets.
- Pass on all the vital information pertaining to companyโs products progress and competitors activities, to the Sales Managers through proper written reports.
- Handle any customer complaints and all related matters amicably and timely.
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by the superior as and when required;
