Job Description: The Specialist Engineer Salesforce design, build and test the components of the software system and applications. Should be well-versed with CRMs development and administration of Salesforce. Should be able to work with the business team to understand and define the requirements. Explore new technologies and make feasibilities for the implementation of the system.

Primary Tasks

Design, develop, integrate, test and deploy the software system in Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce)
System extension and maintenance (e.g. integration of external applications, review of all Critical Updates, etc.)
Customizations with available methods (i.e. Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes and so on)
First-level user support for internal users
Participate in project and program collaboration.
Review and participate in software coding standards, tools, and platforms
Write quality documents for the different phases of the software life cycle

Secondary Tasks

Conduct new technology research, concept specification and design of individual software components
Develop new product concepts and development, deliver product prototypes
Reporting to the line manager and onsite manager on activities
Extend support to onsite project manager to meet the expectations
Assist and technically lead other team members on the job

Profile:

BSc/MSc degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science
Broad IT knowledge to understand and classify raised issues related to internal applications
Minimum 3-year experience with Salesforce as developer and system administrator
Experience of Salesforce Customer Community and Lightning Experience preferred
Programming languages and tools: Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, Aura), Java, JavaScript
Experience in database handling (MySQL, Percona) is a plus
Excellent debugging skills
Ability to work as an independent team lead
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills in speaking and writing
Open-minded and able to quickly adapt to new problem domains Apply
