JD for Position: Internal Control Officer
- To ensure review of departments under responsibility to ascertain that strong operational controls are being followed
- To identify/recommend opportunities for procedural, managerial and system improvements while monitoring and ensuring adherence to internal controls governance, regulatory requirements and bank policy & procedures.
- To ensure that various units/departments approaching IC for guidance are provided with efficient and timely service within the boundaries of internal controls set guidelines.
- To ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedural changes additions/amendments down the line in departments
- Regularization and follow up with departments for timely submission of compliance review for closure.
