The successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the overall talent acquisition, development and retention of employees as per the company strategy. He/she will assist in conducting talent management exercise, work on the employee engagement, cultural improvement initiatives and development of HR Policies.
The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent with five years of relevant work experience.
