IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Responsible for handling the team, providing outstanding customer service by interacting with internal and external customers, and achieving assigned quantitative /qualitative individual & team performance targets as well as SLA KPIs assigned by the client.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
โข To ensure defined SLA KPIs are met and take effective actions for supervision of BPO Operations and effective management of floor activities.
โข Effective Follow up and complaint handling.
โข To ensure that team members are well informed with updated information related to relevant BPO projects along with policies and procedures by arranging shift meetings and refreshers.
โข To follow the company policies and procedures. Should be updated on latest of telecom / BPO sector
โข Should have deep knowledge of the Industry to handle internal external customer effectively.
โข To remain updated on all current policies, procedures and products offered by clients and timely escalate the matters to respective channels.
โข Effective staff monitoring through mystery, HCM calls on daily basis also ensuring occupancy and availability targets. Quality standards set by clients to meet CSAT-related target
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification: Minimum a Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Key Competencies:
โข Out-of-the-box thinker
โข Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Stake Holders.
โข The BPO sector Should have deep knowledge of the Industry to handle internal and external customers effectively.
