Position: SM Service Management DBS Operations

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL



  • Be responsible for adding excellence to Technology operations by improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of delivering services to our customers and business functions. This crucial role within the organization requires a very diverse skillset which oversees and leads the following areas: Service Management, Design Coordination, Demand / Service Request Management, Service Level Management, Service Continuity Management, Budgeting & Procurement, Risk Management, Information Security Management, Compliance Management, Supplier Management, Group Level Initiatives & Others.
  • Key Objectives include PTML / OMO / PSTN Numbering Plans Management, Compliance of SLA/TAT across PTML Finance, GR & RA and Technology, Vendor RFPs, Contract and Compliances, Modeling of SLA/KPI based quality RFP/Contracts for efficient operations delivery, Vendor Services Compliance framework and non-compliance treatment, Budgeting and Procurement
  • Timely completion of OPEX budgeting cycle, Quality and Compliance management, Operational governance including synergy operations establishment with all stakeholders, Operational practices implementations as per global standards and its quality controlled management, Demand Management and Internal/ External Audit Support, Requirements analysis, design, implementation, tracking and completion fulfillment as per agreed TATs


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Service Demand Management Service Design Coordination: Ensuring that the team manages Service Design Activities while following Processes and smoothly coordinates with Other teams, Marketing / IPCC / Planning / Deployment Ensuring team is coordinating with service requesting department efficiently and effectively. 1) Compliance to Service Request Management Report 2) Ensure Implementation of SR across various domains 3) Follow-ups and Closure of Requestsโ€.
  • โ€œDatabase Management Ensure the team members are managing and updating departmental records on Cloud Storage. Identifying & addressing any gaps in the process where requirement. 1) Ensuring all records are updated on Cloud 2) Processes improvement for smooth configurations E2Eโ€.
  • โ€œVendors Compliance Assurance and Expense Management Invoice / PIAF / PR / PO : Verification / Approvals / Documentation Record Maintenance for Contracts with Core & VAS Vendors and Maintaining Contracts / Invoices / POs, Review of Contracts Details and ensuring Suppliers meet their contractual obligations, Budgeting Operational Requirements of Core / VAS Team 1) Coordination with Concerned Teams for Compliance Reports and invoice verification for CORE / VAS with timely approval and Imposing of Penalties incase of Non-Compliance 2) Procurement Status Reports ( Meetings / Coordination / Issues / Escalations) with Updation of PIAF / PR / PO / Invoice and Support in Escalations with Finance / Vendor Teams 3) Inputs gathering and feedback to and from Planning teams / other Cross functional Teams, 5 Year OpEx Plan Preparation and Timely submission to TSBC Teamโ€.
  • โ€œService Continuity Management / Risk Management with vendors and regulator requirements 1) Process Planning, Development, Documentation Maintenance & Update, Discussions, Meeting, Awareness Sessions 2) Backups Node and Frequency Records for Core / VAS 3) Finalizing of Risk Registers and Mitigation Plans in coordination with Operations / QA and IS Teams 1.1 Governance Model Updates (SOP preparation for standard implementation across Core, VAS & BSS), other SOP Preparation, negotiation with multiple departments, Updates 2.1 Development, Documentation Maintenance & Update, Awareness Sessions 3.1 ERM Risk Register / QA Risk Register / Risk Assessment Drivesโ€.
  • โ€œAudit Management, Mgt Directives, Adhoc Tasks and Etisalat Group Initiatives Ensuring all Auditor Requirements are met (Internal / External), observations, compliances are closed end to end Special Assignments / Adhoc Tasks / Presentations by EVP / SM Working on Group Level Initiatives 1) Leading the Internal & External Security / QA Audits in coordination with Operations Teams and Ensuring timely implementation and adequate response to Auditor Recommendations, Suggestions & Observations 2) Ensure All tasks are completed timely as assigned by the management 3) Technology Solution Evaluations, Security Assessment Drives and Adhoc Tasks.โ€
  • โ€œTraining and Team Development Ensure the team members are trained on Department Tasks and are able to perform independently to run the department on Major Tasks 1) Train Executive level Team member to fully enable them on Service Demand Management, Service Design Coordination and Supplier Management (Procurement / Invoice / PIAF / PR / PO : Verification / Approvals / Documentation) 2) Train Manager level Team member to enable them on Budget Management / Supplier Management / Compliance Management / Service Continuity Management / Risk Management and othersโ€

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelors in Technology Related Degree (such as Computer / Engineering / Electronics / Telecom).
  • Knowledge of Core / VAS Networks and basics of finance / procurement processes.

Position: Manager Government & Priority Sales (Corporate Relationship Management)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Deal, monitor and coordinate with the performance of Corporate Services Executive who are tagged with high revenue generating corporate accounts.
  • Be responsible to develop a relationship with the customer retention through overall portfolio management which includes Revenue Monitoring/Churn Management/Customer Satisfaction.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Effectively and efficiently manage assigned corporate portfolio to proactively identify issues and challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant standard operating procedures and company/PTA policies.
  • Maintain desired customer services delivery TAT`s and ensure high satisfaction ratio & Acceptable complaint ratio of assigned corporate accounts through CSAT/Trim surveys.
  • Ensure proper implementation & deadlines of all initiatives/projects assigned by keeping a strong liaison with internal and external teams.
  • Ensure portfolio management KPI`s including revenue enhancement and retention of assigned customers.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative Sales/Revenue targets as communicated through monthly/quarterly assigned targets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor`s Degree, preferably MBA
